St David Aparthotels is part of St David Group, a property development and investment group that was formed in 1992. 

 

We develop and manage properties in the aparthotel/serviced apartment and co-living sectors, principally in the north west of England.  

 

Our management team has years of development and property management experience and we pride ourselves on the quality of buildings we develop and the service we offer our guests.
