
I have an emergency, what do I do?
If you find yourself locked out of your apartment, don’t panic! Your apartment will have a key code dedicated to your stay (provided with your check-in email) so there will be no problem gaining entry at any time of the day or night.
What if I have an issue or question during my stay?
If you have any issues you would like us to address regarding your stay with us, please;

How do I change or cancel my reservation?
You will have received a link in your booking confirmation email with details about cancelling or amending your booking online. If you have any questions about this process, please email us at bookings@stdavidaparthotels.com.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Yes, we can accommodate early check in or late check out. Please contact us at bookings@stdavidaparthotels.com with your request and for further details.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, if we have availability you can of course extend your stay! Please email us at bookings@stdavidaparthotels.com or message us on Whatsapp here during your stay.
How can I book an apartment for a long stay?

Will there be any unexpected charges after my stay?
No, there won’t be. However, as you would expect, we charge for any additional services you enjoy during your stay, or for any damages caused to the apartment.
