Cancelation Policy

These terms and conditions apply when you reserve a room at a St David Aparthotels in the UK through our digital channels (such as our website, mobile apps or other channels) 

We may amend these terms and conditions at any time, so please review them each time you make a reservation. The terms and conditions that apply to your reservation will be those in effect on the date you make it.  

Booking Policy: 

To reserve a room at St David Aparthotels, follow the instructions on our website or mobile site. You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation, and those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Credit or debit card details are required to secure the reservation, and accepted cards include Visa and MasterCard. 

Ensure your reservation details are accurate before confirming, as St David Aparthotels are not liable for delays or issues from incorrect information. Reservation confirmation will be sent via email, forming a contract between you and St David Aparthotels Ltd.  For mistakes or changes to your reservation, contact [email protected] 

Cancellation Policy: 

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability. However, cancellations affect not only our business but also the availability of rooms for other guests. To maintain fairness and ensure the smooth operation of our aparthotel, we have established the following cancellation policy: 

Cancellation Timeframe: 

Guests must cancel their reservation at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time to avoid any cancellation fees.

Cancellation Fees: 

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time will be charged for the entire reservation. 

No-shows (guests who do not arrive without prior cancellation) will be charged for the entire reservation. 

Advance Purchase Rates: 

For reservations made under advance purchase or non-refundable rates, no cancellations or modifications are allowed, and the full reservation amount will be charged at the time of booking. 

Group Bookings: 

Group bookings (defined as reservations for 4 or more rooms) may be subject to different cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.  

Special Circumstances: 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies or flight cancellations can occur. In such cases, please contact us directly as soon as possible to discuss your situation. 

Modifications: 

Modifications to reservations, including changes to dates or room types, are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges. 

Refunds: 

Refunds for cancellations will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original reservation, and processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
