In the event that you can smell gas – please call 0800 111 999 immediately.

In the event of a fire – please call 999 and set off the fire alarm immediately.

In the event of a power cut – please call 07769 102 468 to report it.

If you find yourself locked out of your apartment, don’t panic, your apartment will have a key code dedicated to your stay (provided at check-in) so there will be no problem gaining entry at any time of the day or night.

Whilst not all of our aparthotels have on-site parking, we always ensure that there are lots of car parks and street parking options nearby. 

For each property, we provide a map showing the local car parks and street parking times.

To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, we do not allow pets at our aparthotels.

All of our apartments are remote check-in/out with a keyless entry system. 

However, we are always close by and if you need anything, please call us on 0300 333 6623 or message us on Whatsapp here.

Yes, we have a vending machine on site.

There is also an option for us to provide a continental breakfast delivered to your apartment.
