Whilst the town enjoys an average hotel occupancy rate of over 78%, there is a dearth of quality short stay self-contained accommodation of a similar design and standard to ours.

Harrogate comprises character buildings, an opera house, green parks and lots of culture with a lively music scene including two orchestras. With annual visitor numbers exceeding 6 million and a strong pipeline of cultural, business, and sporting events, Harrogate enjoys year-round occupancy levels that rival larger city markets.

We are acquiring and redeveloping an existing hotel in King's Rd., which is within two minutes walk of the Harrogate Convention Centre and the town centre.

For the last few decades, the property has been a family run hotel, offering bar facilities and breakfast. It has 19 en-suited guest rooms as well as kitchen and dining facilities. There is on-site parking for ten cars and adequate street and public parking in the general area.

The hotel will be converted to our self-contained, remote access model. All the apartments will include quality furniture and fittings, as well as all our standard features such as SKY tv, Nespresso coffee machines, mini-bar etc.
